Muslims Believe In A Secular Democratic State Or Rightly Guided Khilafah?

I came across a article in http://www.khilafah.com with the following post title;

“O people of Egypt! Is it necessary to experiment for more decades with a secular democratic state until you realise that the only way is the rightly guided Khilafah?! “

This makes me want to write here on 1 Muslim Nation and share with you some thoughts and ideas that came to mind my while looking at that article.

If you are a Muslim and you really believe that Islam is a complete way of life with guidance and examples given by the messenger of Allah about how to go to the toilet, how to to work, how to lead a marriage life, how to treat your employees and how to rule a large country, then is it still correct for you to still believe in some man-made political solution for your country and government (like a Secular Democratic State government)? Should you not believe in the Islamic political solution which is the government having a Islamic state like the rightly guided Khilafah?

I quote from that ealier mentioned article.
“Is it necessary to experiment for more decades with a secular democratic state with an elected people’s assembly, which possesses no power or influence, until you realise that the only way out for you is the rightly guided Khilafah?!”

P.S. I also want to remind you to think about the following verse in the Quran.

“And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away – then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.” [Al-Maida, 5:49]
